It would be like, in the year 1900, ignoring the forthcoming growth of the automobile industry (or mechanical-horses, as they called them then) and sticking with one's horse & buggy.I've spoken with quite a few RECF investors and borrowers in recent months and am considering possibly borrowing from one of them myself for a future project if the opportunity calls for it, or even investing some idle cash too.I have no dog in this fight but I should point out that I've spoken with a number of investors with iFunding who are very disgruntled.

Theyhave been pumping so much money into the economy to prop itup, its time to slow the expansion down before all that cash comesback on shore and haunts us in the form of outrageous inflation.Of course I believe the whole idea behind NAFTA, GATT, CAFTAFTAA, massive trade deficits, and this foreign outsourcing is to keepall that cash offshore so as not to tank our economy A revealing discussion on the expansion and contraction of the monetary system can be found in a publication called “Modern Money Mechanics” put out by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

I do think that most female Realtors seem to relate more to wife's of buyers just because they can see the house the way it could be as opposed to a man who will normally look at the mechanical and structural aspects of a house.

To me a TERMITE REPORT is much more valuable, and probably costs a heck of a lot less as well.I don't need someone to tell me; "there's built up grease in the drip pans on the stove", faucet in 2nd bath may have a clogged aereator", "purlins are missing on some rafters-suggest you have a mechanical engineer inspect".I can see all of these things, but I can't see TERMITES eating the studs.
