It's the landlord who ends up cleaning the tenants ranges and scrubs out their bathtub; typically while the tenants sit in the living room and watch TV (ask me how I know).It's not a two partner job. 

By nature of his work, he knew who did good jobs and bad jobs - he was there inspecting homes and saw who did what.I have retooled this list over time.

Do a good job interviewing them because sometimes Realtors will say they are investor friendly when in reality they are just using that as an advertising ploy.

There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

It is job if your doing it correctly. 

Property management is a tough job, especially for OOS. 

I don't tip in the traditional sense, but I'll round up to the next $50 increment if they get to something quickly or are working after hours/weekends to get to my job faster.
