Any specialized trades/subs will be under the umbrella of your selected GC. 

Since this is an older thread i wanted to see if any of you as additional experience with any of these two in case of an audit and, in hindsight , which would you select?

On the other hand, my most recent apartment purchase was from a large, well-established REIT that appears healthy, and I have not been very impressed by how they ran their business.

If we are just helping the owner with finding a tenant than we enter into a 6 month agreement as the owners tend to be a little more difficult and picky with tenant selection.

There are a pair of attorneys on the CPE circuit that always talk about these, and talk about in all their years of being involved with these...only a couple have ever been selected for audit.

I would also add that with Rentometer you need to ensure that you have selected apt/condo, not house/duplex.

Now, we're seeking private investors interested in earning impressive returns of 8% to 10% on their capital.
