I have had "perfect" on paper tenants who have been horrible.

I lost just about everything on my 1st fix n flip because I didn't know my ARV, and did a horrible job on estimating.Wholesaling you will get good at knowing your market place ARV, and will have lots of practice knowing your numbers.Keep us posted on your success!!

He would be horrible at it for that reason alone.

Anyway, I had a horrible experience - horrible tenants who completely trashed the place in a year (so badly that I had to put new carpets in AGAIN, after they had been put in the year before) and didn't even have security deposits so the money they owed in back rent and on all the damage they caused.. is still owed to me today.

The calcium build up is horrible.

I have a house that I am renting out in Phoenix, and I believe that I did horribly on my taxes, and I didn't get as much as I could of.

Now, the original bill was horrible!!

Jokingly it seemed he was saying it but....We then ask about the obviously horribly dirty carpets and the owner looks down and says "well I don't have a steam cleaner..do you?"
