They have one beverage too many, get an idea in their head that they can fix their problems by purchasing a short-term rental, and all they have to do is click a button to ask their question.I wouldn't bother sending financials to anyone until they show a pre-qual letter from a bank to demonstrate they are slightly serious.

Also, if you are buying a distressed property many times they cannot be inspected fully because utilities may not be turned on and you are fixing so many things already there isn't much risk in whatever they might find anyways. 5.

We give them the option to move out for several reasons: - if it is truly an issue and they stay the burden of liability shifts to them, you still have to fix it.- if they stay and it is not an issue then they will still think that it is.
