ive seen water heaters go in tree years or so out my way due to very hard water so just leave it olone with a drip pan for afew months so when its bursts lest say while your tennants are out of town one day or in the middle of the night oh yea dont forget that the leak ruined gramas wedding dress thats been in the famiily for 60 years !!!!

I like the cut of the $16 ones better than the ones at the fancy clothing stores that cost $200.Always ask if you can get the contractor's price, sometimes that gets a discount.My son and I share a Costco business account.

maybe you could wrap those tires in some black duct tape so you wear out the tape instead of the fancy speed rated low durometer high dollar rubber :-)If it works, please post in the "how I save money" thread

They have an actual menu now (was just the back of a business card), nurses not as "naughtily " dressed anymore, and have shakes that are made of buttermilk.
