Sell off extra things laying around.  

This could add extra economic incentive to build more starter homes. 

I want landlines as well, especially for older people who might have land or an extra house their kids don't care about.For multiple phone numbers, I create a new row in excel for each one when I import into REIreply.

In my state, TN, the law states that if you do not have a forwarding address, you are to mail the accounting of their deposit to the last known address and if it is not received there the extra deposit, if any, is to be forwarded to the state unclaimed money program. 

Talk to a local realtor to ask about after reno estimate on the place, but just because you put in $160K in renos, doesn't mean the place is worth an extra $160K.

If a realtor needs extra income we can arrange for the agent to place the tenant and collect the placement fee.  

While some commenters have suggested you need to hire a property management company to be successful, nothing could be further from the truth.

So, when a tenant can't pay their rent, rarely do they tell the truth.
