When you want coaching, you sign up for and pay for coaching in the niche you want to crush in and you shouldn't do that until you have tried a decent amount on your own, gone to meetups for a year, and figured out what you want to do first.Wholesale coaching is out there, but there are a lot of charlatans.

I think I've done my bookkeeping almost every way you can - from not at all -> keeping receipts in a shoebox and handing over the entire shoebox to my CPA -> running 10-key tapes on all the receipts for each category and handing those tapes to my CPA -> DIY Quickbooks -> paying a bookkeeper to manage everything in Quickbooks -> to now doing it myself using Baselane.

SFR houses will only appraise based on comps.So unless someone was paying cash you can't get more than they appraise for.The camp ground is a different story.

that is more a RV park. the MBH parks down here. we typically own the land, lot, and trailers. there is a reason but long story short, if i just own the lot and they dont pay the fee. i do not have the biggest teeth to push the need for my money. but if i own it all, my experience says it is a better path
