I've been enjoying a lot of good ones like Biggerpockets Podcast, Jordan B Peterson and JRE as they help me concentrate, ironically. 

As @Engelo Rumora stated our business model doesn't suite everyone and we have a specific niche market that we greatly enjoy serving our investors goals and real estate vision.

I enjoy hosting and like to be the first point of contact with my guests.

But getting to an early retirement with a stroke from all the stress and pressure is probably not your goal :-)I'd just relax and enjoy what you already have, do a shot of tequila and go lay in a lounge chair and enjoy.....
