House details: 3 bed, 1 bath (room for a half), living room, kitchen, dining area, detached garage with attached storage shed, .23 acres, and on a concrete foundation with a 2.5ft crawlspace. 

We like value add deals, this house had original hardwoods, built-in corner and window seat in dining, pretty casement windows.

The basement currently has: living room, bedroom, and two more separate rooms (one with the washer and dryer in it, and one with a fridge in it, that looks like it's been used as a dining room) - both of those extra rooms have plenty of space to be made into a bathroom and a kitchen.2.

The new 2 unit is 1.5 miles down the road but has larger units along with a dining room, full back yard fenced in, deck and 3 bedroom unit.

The best closers have those solutions, without ever getting off the phone or leaving the dining room table.

It's a trilevel, so kitchen/living/dining on main floor.

We will be closing off one of the entry doors to a large living room (the house also has a spacious dining room area) and adding a closet to create a 5th bedroom.

Can't ask for a better location 1 block to downtown dining and entertainment and 2 blocks from the river, pier, park and beach!
