Yeah I think the moral of the story is that most people would prefer to rent a home/cabin.

I would be managing myself and...I just have A lot to think about.

This made it much easier for them in terms of moving as they didn’t have to be rushed.So I don’t “advertise” any incentives, but I do what I think is reasonable if I think they will be good tenants.
