Had I not taken note of the posting by the mailbox, looked for comps or recalled the conversation I had a few months back, I would have not been prepared for the line of crap this guy tried to feed me.

If i wanted to hear that crap i would just turn on the today show or watch Katie Couric.

At least get some benefit from this crap.

I feel that alot of books on real estate investing are a load of crap.

They were an older couple and could not keep up with the house anymore (which looked like crap), were stuck with a 29 yr old son they didnt have the guts to toss out and had already bought a small trailer for themsleves.

I really would like to know how to tag people outside of a particular thread as well as provide blue links with out all the extra crap for example when Brandon links to all of the sources for new people like the Ultimate Beginners guide and what not.

<g>  So, despite the fact that I am presently evicting a no-pets-allowed tenant who's house is literally Filled with piles of dog crap because of their two illegal dogs - I am considering relenting in the case of these two lab owners.

Appliances are made to break these days, they are crap to be frank.In your case, it is probably a similar situation where the appliance is made cheaply and poorly.

The locals love keeping the best properties while pawning off their crap properties to "some rich guy in CA".

Tomorrow if everything goes smooth and I don't have to take to big of a hit (I'm prepared to take a 2-3k hit) the only debt I will have is 2 mortgages, and one of those mortgages I rent out and make $370 cash flow a month off of it…Time to start building this empire and leave the fancy smancy crap alone…Should have never bought that truck….We live and learn!
