Challenges?

I own 5 sfr in San Antonio and rent them out with a property manager handling all details. 

The insured appealed and the appeals court agree with the insured and reversed the lower court's decision.I handled a similar title claim where the complaint alleged among other things, the insured knew or should have known about the Plaintiff's prior contract and therefore the deed into my insured should be rescinded. 

Are there specific zoning or structural challenges in Florida I should be aware of?

In areas like South DFW, challenges like limited inventory and high prices require creative approaches such as off-market deals, foreclosures, or properties needing updates.

But PadSplit does not handle maintenance and any member communications, our management covers that.

@Shawn NofzigerHi Shawn,I came across your post and while I am a long way from Lansing, I work with a ton of new and aspiring investors and the challenges they have getting from idea to action. 

Challenge is that I have an exclusive agreement with the seller because they wanted to list it, but changed their mind.  

That's the challenge with doing a 1031 with multiple properties.
