The other aspect is each have skills that are different from each other...where one is a little weaker, another is strong.

Interest rates are only one aspect of a deal and frankly one aspect you have some control over.

In regards to practicing analyzing deals, to build an analysis process I browsed the MLS and scoped out some deals that looked interesting and would analyze them in all aspects, as I would if I were actually going to buy it. 

I'm looking into learning a lot more including single housing/multi family housing, business properties and ways to invest knowing the different techniques to use including no money down, lenders and other aspects. 

No question it's generally tougher for women in most aspects of this business.

Before i left this one woman chatted with me almost as if she was looking to flirt with me & was telling me if i wanted to come back to make a down payment of however much she said but i wasnt falling for it in any aspect as pretty as she was but i turned it down, i know that trick she was tryna do, my current program did almost about the same thing but with us we are different then fortune builders, we wouldnt be that hungry for someones money & if they wanted to come back they could at anytime.

The one aspect I'd negotiate for is to increase the balloon to 7 or 10 years. 3 or 5 is too short.

So do consider that if you are planning to live in the unit that you are taking into account all other aspects of how the location you choose affects your life.
