That being said, I am very involved in any project from beginning to end and keep a close eye on my projectsGood call, I've given myself "trigger finger" which is an annoying but painless condition where the tendon for your fingers swells semi-permanently (in my case, I think from squeezing tools too hard while working) and can no longer easily pass through the structures in your hand.. so when I go to stretch or recoil my fingers they temporarily stop and then "snap" the rest of the way.... .Hard to explain but annoying as heck, but would probably be extremely serious for a surgeon to have.

Many who lost a fortune in the previous crash were buying for appreciation only, leveraging homes to 100% loan to value, and were either not cash flowing at all or even bleeding money each month (negative cash flow).

We're actually doing a couple of investor 2nds right now to bleed equity out of existing properties so the borrower can buy new properties.

There's a lot of "This better work; we're bleeding cash" for 1-6 months depending on the seasonality and time to furnish and/or renovate. 

It has great adhesion and it prevents bleeding.

When you get in front of the judge, explain how this woman held you hostage and you where trying to protect your property.Unless your have a 'bleeding-heart' of the judge...he/she will most likely act on your side and approve your 'tactics' and you can get her gone....and don't involve the police.
