Podio is extremely flexible and extensible.All that being said, here's the big challenge with Podio:  when you first sign up for Podio, there's a demo workspace with apps, but it can still look like a "blank sheet of paper." 

There are excellent deals available this time of year, but the inflated prices of small multifamily properties can make finding a good deal challenging.

The challenge is finding the deals.  

I 100% agree with everything JD said, as his approach is exactly how I handle clogged pipes for all of my rental properties. 

I was in the same boat when I moved from Portland OR to Columbus OH and started with a house hack so I understand the challenges of getting started with a new market.

I appreciate your ready-fire-aim approach, @Brendan Duggan, but you’re likely creating loans that might only be saleable at a discount.

Also, be honest with yourself that the approach you describe is intended to take advantage of people who just don't understand what a terrible deal you are offering them.
