I hear what you are saying and i understand how this topic can be brought up alot and annoying, but thank you !

I had 11 of these and good systems in place but still had 1-2 evictions a year and 3-4 big things that were normal annoyances like plumbing leaks, damages from hurricanes, or some vandalism.

They were annoying people, but they always paid their rent in time.  

Would you care too much about the little things.. like the privacy you would give up.. about tenants that are annoying and etc.

I recently received a loan (30 year, 3.5% for $235k cash out refi tied to a property in San Diego which was originally paid off) in order to pay off this annoying personal loan ($235k, based on LIBOR with 3% "discount" tied to my stocks (long story)).

Check is fine too, but has to get annoying if you're traveling or have to deal with a missed payment. 

I personally think they’re not the greatest and always get annoyed due to the fact that you see the seam in the shaker front.

It get's annoying for sure.  

I happen to be for some regulation but my intellectual soul is beyond annoyed at the arguments from neighborhood groups.

I agree with the rules you have stated, but, that's why it annoyed me, as none of those rules were violated.
