You are clearly a nice person who is very upset about the accusations and tone of the other parties. 

And I haven't seen you accuse him of being a socialist when it comes to health care.

This is what I like about BP, a good exchange of ideas, normally without accusations.

American Bungalow is my favorite by far... my wife and I often agree on design, and she's been accused of having a 'man's taste in design'... meaning that she's very well happy with large oak posts and heavy woodwork on fireplace mantles.

But in 99% of the cases its just owners wanting a free ride and turning the tables on the banks.. accusing them of wrong doing by even loaning them the money in the first place...

Email your property manager when you go into a unit and when you leave so there is a paper trail if you are ever accused of something.

Contacted the landlord and let him know what happened to his tenants, threatened him with public publication of his name/address/phone # and accusation that he rents to drug sellers. 

You and Bill are basically accusing all of us of illegally modifying people's mortgage and going against Dodd Frank.
