If you were renting it short-term and had different guests coming and going every few days, then long-term renters may be concerned.

The complaint remains pending, or I receive no response.As I try to rent out my place, I am concerned about my liability regarding this hazard, which is outside of my condo and beyond my control, yet poses a potential safety issue to my unit.

I’ve been thinking about getting into real estate but have been having a couple concerns before buying my first property. 

Do you guys think this is a decent idea, or disaster waiting to happen.My concerns are that vacancies, forcing me to spend my own income to pay down my current residence and the florida home.

My largest concern is that as we go lower in rate, housing supply will ultimately be unlocked putting downward pressure on rents/asset prices. 

I am concerned because I had money in my wallet that was left in my room that is now missing.

I agree that Florida's appeal has been its relative affordability and lack of state income tax, and seeing that advantage diminish is concerning.

I'm also concerned about possibly a down trending Market approaching negatively impacting the resale value on this flip.

There is no way I would refer to all time most expensive or least affordable in over 40 years as a buyers market (note this is not to imply that it is a great sellers market).However, this is not my main concern about purchasing most MLS properties in this market.  

Depending on what type of income/payout you received from the deal (as shown by the K1), there may be chances to offset some of those tax concerns from the K1 with real estate or other vehicles.
