You'd be hard pressed to get $850, as decent 3/2 SFRs here will start in the $850-900 range, (which can be found for $75k-$80k).

It looks like I accidentally posted this question twice, but here's a response I had gotten from @Manny Cirino on the other post:This is doable but realisticly only works if price is low enough for you to be at wholesale price minus a few grand to compensate for what you can see.

You may get lucky and find a lender that will do that but would be hard pressed to find someone that offers 100% financing.

Click Save and Close Go to your Customer center and choose your tenant (Name) do a Ctrl + I  (for Invoice) and this window should appear.Click on the Expenses TabTo put a check mark next to the bill you want to send your tenant press the space bar on your keyboard and click on save and close.And now the bill appears for your tenant.

For example LA is having a "come-to-Jesus" moment over the homeless issue, and parts of Chicago with the rampant crime, and on other side of that coin there is parts in TX and FL that have a unique force factor in play pressing greater than average appreciation.
