I've been toying with the idea of cutting back on contributions to my TSP (government 401k) to the employer match amount.

I drove around and checked some of these properties out and I noticed some of these homes had kids bikes/toys in the front yard and really hit home for me.  

Those exposed ducts on the floor should not be accessible to renters, their kids will use them for toys and crush them.

For example, we made a beach gear closet with beach towels, sand toys, and boogie boards.

Could have been an overflow bath, leaving the door open during the shower, washing a pet or kid putting wet bath toys in that spot.

IE vehicles travel personal home  clothes Toys etc..

The key is to identify those financial professionals who know how to get to  "Yes", and who are relentless in overcoming challenges to secure the most fitting loan program or lender for your needs.
