I think if people took a few minutes to compare us with the larger, international companies, they would be pleased.We’ve had fantastic success with Brightside and I highly recommend it! 

We are also entrepreneurs who have run a successful marketing firm since 2011, so we have experience building a business from scratch, hiring, marketing, building and leading teams, high-level negotiating, etc. 

There are always the exceptions, but overall we have had success with this.

With Desoto County and the entire Memphis Metro Market only being about 2-2.5 hours up Highway 55 I think you could have the opportunity to find a lot of success in the market.

It's worked great and we have had success with the strategy.

Here is my take.If you are good with being persistent, this will be key in your future success with land or any other real estate venture for that matter.

I have been very successful doing BRRRRs but find them challenging with the higher rates with current property values.
