A long time respected Southern California real estate market expert I saw talk a couple weeks ago said rents will drop, especially in apts and condos, as we're about to be flooded with the biggest supply of single family homes for rent over the next few years that we've ever seen.

There are a lot of games sellers and brokers play with respect to leaving out expenses, so take the time to understand every possible expense when you are performing your underwriting.

It is not the politcs behind this for me, I see this as a turning point for our country in the respect of having more Americans deciding to have a voice and participate in the political process.
