Over the years, we have built quite a network of agents that bring us quality off market properties in the areas that we desire.

The Mortgage is paid off. 

They claim a small cash flow, and while that looks too optimistic, I believe that they can at least break even, so the tenants would be paying it off which is great. 

Those deals are rare and starting off with such a good experience is amazing. 

Transaction volumes continue to be slowed with days on market increasing, but Sellers are remaining defiant and not coming off too much of their higher prices.

I'm trying to start off with something closer to Houston as my first property, but will keep College station in mind for the future.

We own a property in the mountains on 2 1/2 acres that has 3 houses with 9 bedrooms and can sleep 24 people.Our second house is on the beach off of Playa Avellanas.

A property manager will take the workload off your shoulder but they likely won't get you a higher rent unless your listing is terrible.
