I started an instagram documenting my journey with our beach house in Ocean City and it has also helped me get booked a number of times since I also do promotions when I dont think Ill get booked.

Your design looks great but what could you add to make it pop even more. i.e. colorful wallpaper, a neon light for an Instagramable wall, etc. 

I have been adding people to facebook and I have an instagram account since then.

(We here in Sacramento have been wondering the same thing for quite some time).You do a quick search on Instagram for #MidtownSac, #EastSac and #Sactown and see that maybe Sacramento isn't the podunk little cowtown you thought it was growing up.

Young kids watch too much fantasy land stuff on Facebook and Instagram.

An Instagram-able wall or 2 (with your contact info on it) so your guests advertise for you. 

Sitting in a college lecture hall in 2019 you'll find majority of students on their laptops wandering aimless on Facebook, Instagram, or texting on their phones.

Some other options include Facebook ads, instagram giveaways, booking affiliate marketers to take and share content of your place when you have in-between days left unbooked.
