Inspect and verify there are no extra clothes, hygiene products, beds, etc.In most cases, the tenant will make sure the property is cleaned up and you won't find any violations.

I suggested she put on some clothes and she responded "That's Bullsh*t!"  

Some people are not comfortable around dogs, some are allergic, and some just don't like dog hair on their clothes. 

In September we had a similar situation caused by a tenant's portable clothes washer that sprung a leak in their bathroom.

I use pods for the dishwasher and liquid detergent for the clothes washer. 

Hi all,First time poster, apologize in advance for lack of terminology.My mother's house burned down this summer (June) and there has been little to no progress done since.The house didn't burn down to the ground, roof completely gone and the entire 2nd floor is gone as well including my mom and my sister's possessions, clothes, etc.There's a number of reasons why nothing has been done but I don't think it is worth getting into.

Maybe chew on some boxes or clothing, but for a single mouse to utterly destroy an entire collection of Christmas presents doesn't make sense. 

The kid had to get the food from somewhere and if the kid is 11, I'll be there is jelly on their clothes (and jelly missing from her fridge).

Systems can be in place but we all have experience of 2 people the same something be car, shoes, clothes and one person's stuff is in prestine condition and the other person's stuff looks like crap, but I understand your stance.
