I’ve seen it happen...As you can see, I’m not the only person on here with this viewpoint.

@David Tran - I use Google street view to get the best "online" view of the neighborhoods and haven't found another platform that has a better or different viewpoint than what big G provides. 

So much of the view points are coming from a scope of ignorance and people with inadequate business ability.

I would also like to get the view point of Property Management Companies.

First impressions of the home shows well but I need the eyes and expertise of a pro who is familiar with inspecting and assessing a century old home with the view point of an investor.
