You can always transition out when your investing takes off.

But by the time you've paid off ten of them, you've got more than enough in equity to start working on transitioning to less problematic real estate asset classes, much more passive investing instead of buying yourself a job...a well-paying job, it's true, but still a job.

Starting out, I am focusing on becoming a wholesaler and then I want to transition to flipping and gradually moving towards rental properties. 

They would rather stay near their church, family, friends etc and see these D neighborhoods transition. 

We've bought occupied properties and were able to easily transition the tenants over to our rental agreement.

This is just a normal transition in life. 

Like I said, I'm new to this so don't know much of anything but trying to learn.My goal in REI is to make passive income until I can transition real estate into a full time job.

I would love to sit down and talk with some local agents who have gone down a similar path and have made this transition successfully.
