I own 50% of one property and am interested in the BRRRR strategy. 

While traditional loans might be tough with current interest rates and no W2s, there are definitely creative financing options and strategies to consider.One possibility is exploring seller financing.

Combining these strategies often gives investors the best balance of cost, simplicity, and security.

I personally wouldn't invest in a property that doesn't cash flow.What is your financing strategy? 

This strategy works much better either the lower price point homes.    

I know people that do great with $150k homes but also $650k homes each with different strategies but I do believe in the Golden Rule, location x 3. 

Once you have grown to the point where you are beyond house hacking and are purchasing for pure investment, not a place to live, then you can really start using the LLC or other strategies.   

I have received recent quotes for LESTER building around 125k for a 40x80 so I'm doubling that , concrete not included.I feel like i can't loose with this strategy even charging $2 a square triple net for these units ?
