Has anyone had any experience with repurposing RV parks into Tiny Home villages?  

I was surprised to see many tiny homes in rural Michigan.

To bad most city codes don’t allow Tiny’s!

After I closed operations and took a year off to travel the country and go rockclimbing and alpine mountaineering (I guess I needed More adrenaline rush), I was hired by Marcus & Millichap one of the largest commercial brokerage companies in the country.

I am seeing more and more about tiny home communities popping up especially in West coast area.

Currently the unit mix is as follows:Triplex:1br/1ba (900sqft): $1000/mo rent2br/1ba (1200sqft): $1300/mo rent2b/1ba (650sqft):$1000/mo rentDetached garage unit:1br/1ba (413sqft has a tiny attic space as well): $1000/mo rentI am under contract for $900k, list price was $950k.

As soon as there’s a tiny crack, usually around the windows, water gets in and rot rot rot.

Most brokers don't want to work with you because its a tiny unit, tiny commission and frankly, not worth their time for a callback, much less the effort and hassle to get it leased.Your explanation about owner occupied does not make sense to me based on landlords I know.

They claimed they were sitting on the commode and went to pull themselves up using the bar on the glass shower door, and it just shattered into a million tiny pieces.

I guess I should've mentioned the house that we didn't get was not going to be a long term home but one that gave us a little tiny sliver of water access to a lake.
