You cannot party to the suit because you were not the owner of the property at the time the incident occurred.  

@David Hanor have you considered adding master suites to small 2/1 houses?

Duplex up the 3rd floor 2br 1ba into a 3br 2ba duplex unit refinishing the attic into a master suite with a spiral stair case oh and sky lights yes everyone loves sky lights that was a must haha Market rate rents as per MLS comps and personal experience leasing in neighborhood.

I would recommend dressing up in either a suit or nice looking new sports clothes. 

They are much better suited in Austin, where real estate prices are so crazy that one can benefit from the cost savings of a tiny home. 

For those who have participated in these groups, is one (DelCo or Chester DIG subgroup or New Castle DelREI) better suited for or more welcoming to a buy/hold newbie?

Let me suggest a smaller multi-tenant property like a strip center or office building with multiple suites or even mixed use.

Meaning you drive outward from the place of employment until you find the house that suits your needs and your budget.
