Of course the market is in a strange state right now with the Covid-19 pandemic still affecting the market.

Certainly by the time you graduate I’d think your score will be above 740.I don’t we live in some strange times right now, but hopefully you can get your education and a decent job.

However, for those like myself, who prefer to build fewer but stronger relationships, I believe you can still network successfully during these strange times.

Also it had some really strange mods done, that needed removed, like a wall that was built right up to the middle of a window, it could be opened from either room, so I guess that’s sort of a bonus???

So was there anything wrong, or is the tenant just confused by this strange setup?  

I guess the reason it seems strange to me is I'm looking at it from a corporate background in manufacturing. 

With the line in question being a strange easement that was established in the 40’s it makes it odd for us. 

In this strange time, networking online or through circles (like your brokerage) that are familiar is the way to go.

Strangely enough, had a thousand shares of Microsoft suddenly going crazy, going from $50/share 4 years ago, to $216/share a week ago.

They have a 3% fee that the buyer must pay when working with them... maybe it's just me but I find that a bit strange.
