Frankly I used to be on BP a lot, then when I started doing syndication, no one discussed much about syndication on BP so I just went to other places to learn.

Start by getting pre-approved with a VA/FHA lender and targeting a multi-family property where rental income covers most of your mortgage.Good luck!

I thought I bring this issue about Peter Harris back up .I was also told about the $10k start up fee .

It’s starting to catch up though. 

It has only been in recent years that it is starting to see growth again.
