We’ve seen units of that age last for several more years after being serviced, but we’ve also had instances where we paid for the service only to replace the unit a week later.

For the bankruptcy properties, we contacted the trustee phone numbers on the website, however, they usually just replied to ask us to look for debtor's attorney.For short-sales, we searched the listing on zillow.com, but majority of them are off market.We used BP recommended realtor and asked if they can help with the properties we targeted, the realtor searched for a week of the foreclosure ones and get back to me that she believes she will not be the right partner.

@Max Bellino if you feel the need to interview six separate attorneys for this scope you are over complicating your true needs.

We’ve had 6 showings in the past week alone, which is already a lot, but the most concerning part is what’s been happening during these showings.Here’s the real kicker: there have been showings (with prior notice given) when we weren’t home, and my cameras caught prospective buyers entering unaccompanied—no realtor, no landlord, just strangers walking into my occupied home.In one instance, my husband happened to be home and answered the door.

Things I would like to include are cameras in common areas, Inspection, Cleaning, Noise, Parking, Personal Spaces like fridge and cabinets space, bi-weekly rent collection.Please reply if your near Charlotte, NC for a free lunch.
