I will be working in Miami Beach.

I'm thinking of buying a Condo in a fairly popular tourist destination a couple blocks off the beach in Hawaii.

Louis  fergusonBirmingham just north of downtownJackson  ( west )  look by Hawkins airport all of these cities will have areas of homes you can purchase for under 30k and many cases under 10k.. also for some secondary markets look atfort waynerochesterbuffaloGary Ind.also you can find cheap houses in just about any small under 20k population town in the mid west that is out int the country a little bit especially IL  I would be leary of Gary unless you get near Miller beach, Gary is not a place for those from out of town to buy imo. 

Does anyone have recommendations for demo crew?

Including backhoe, bobcat, dumpsters...EVERYTHING!

Hi - Looking for an account with real estate experience in the West Palm Beach, FL area.
