.- I might go right to the house and use text to show everything you just said but be discrete with it - not full screen.I tink it is better then you think to be honest - you can always add in a title screen and a close screen with your logo / fancy graphics etc....that woudl be sizzle - add in a map and do a zoom on the map while your talking about where it is - have text on screen listing all the things you forgot to say while your walking around :)

Right now we use a graphic artist, Herman Maldonado, for 3D conceptual designs, and we select an architect based on budget.

*Unless* you have a graphics designing friend...

The first graphics will show at current asking and the bottom will show where it makes sense.

In the end, this discussion has certainly highlighted a need, on our end, to reconsider how we showcase our data and performance on the site.  

Bought the graphics cards for ~350 each and resold them for a small profit when we graduated.

Flippers will have to put their houses in showcase condition to stand out in a pickier market.
