I'm looking at turn-key for out of state markets where the 1% rule will work and eventually building a team in select markets (midwest and south).

For example: If the contractor puts cabinets in, in the finish selected by the owner/investor and then the investor turns around after seeing the final product and says the finish isn't what they want now, well tough luck buddy, you chose it, you approved it, you own it.

It seems whenever I add the criteria under Property and select "Units - Number of" my count goes to zero.
