i would recommend that you check that space very well before you make any decision to keep or discard the belly board.Structural IntegrityI have little doubt that having that much water saturating wallboard, structural wood, and insulation for any time beyond a week will seriously compromise the structural integrity on 2 of those 3 items.

It could be money, connections, systems, etc... separate yourself from the heard investors tent to flock to the latest trend and this is a business of once something becomes popular it becomes saturated quick.

The lot is completely flat as is the surrounding area, and the yard in general is saturated (not uncommon at this time of year).My initial reaction is that I should fix the gutters and get them draining away from the foundation, let things dry out and then evaluate the situation further next rainy season.
