I think Baltimore is like Philly, highly distressed but in a strategic location on the east coast.

But, like I said, the free version is pretty robust too.

For those of you who flip in cold weather areas, I'm wondering if you strategize around the winter months.It's been my experience when buying/selling primary residences that the winter months tend to have lower inventories and less buyers.  

I'm wondering, how are other seasoned investors strategizing now that we may be cresting the top of the market?

My goal is to parlay the money into investments that 1) are reasonably stable while 2) providing good cashflow and 3) begin to build a more thoughtful/strategic and lucrative REI portfolio.

Knowing how they think and plan is a strategic advantage.

@Leeroy AyalaThere are way to many companies to list, but the gist is, you are looking for a dwelling fire policy (dp1, dp2, and dp3) DP3 is the most robust of the 3.  

I’m not sure how to strategize this.

On the venture side guidance, advisory roles, introductions to early customers, or other strategic partnership value is a big deal to the companies VCs fund.
