Bragg which seems to me like it would help to stabilize the market somewhat (don't think there's any fear of them shutting it down...)I know there are plenty of large corporations in Rocky Mount but my concern is there's not much else. 

Finding properties on good streets in areas close to restaurants, retail and shopping, where you'll attract quality tenants is key.

So when a tenant pays me late, I check in the winter to see if heat is still on.I've had a few times where tenants in my lowest end property had utilities shut off but only a few times in 20+ years. 

I am trying to sell my restaurant that sits on that property.

All winter long our streets and restaurants are filled with snow birds. . .folks from Canada and the cold weather sections of the US.  

Perhaps you hit your daily limit.Either way, as I see it, Charlie had already saved your @ss, so you owe him at least a $50 gift card to his favorite restaurant.

Now they are removing one of the lanes on Market Street between State and Pearl where many of the new restaurants are.
