I'm an investor moving from Ann Arbor Michigan to Nashville (Mt Juliet specifically) and am looking for contractor recommendations for a general remodel for my new home.

We are planning on doing a major remodel this winter during the off-season as the house looks and shows fairly ok but it is not something I would want to spend more than a week in as it needs a remodel badly.

The plans are based off of two remodels I've done and the Architect is going to combine and make the best of both into this one.

We plan to replace with tankless water heaters and in-unit high-velocity small duct central heat and air (using electric baseboard for the garden unit heat), and also remove all the radiators from the building.With the furnace and water heater removed, we would like to knock down the walls dividing the current furnace room, and make one larger rear, which is the bulk of the remodeling work to be done. don't not currently have drawings or architectural plans.

Often you need to remodel units to have tenants be willing to pay higher rent, thus more cash in thatn you have. 

I’ve seen some interior remodel apps that look incredibly helpful and have looked at the touch screen models too.

We have 4 crews running full time and I think right now is a perfect time for us to get back into investing ourselves as I stepped out in 2018 to focus on remodeling.

I probably put about $30k in it and a LOT of my personal sweat equity (I remodel houses for a living).
