Being the "land of steady habits", the political picture hasn't changed much over the years, most companies do not look to CT as a place to do business, and there aren't any recreational activities in most parts of the state.

It conjures up images of someone wanting to do a quick sale/close to earn a commission.Do we just recreating new terms for the same thing?  

Tip: don't lead your end buyer thru each room recreating dramatic sounds if cries for help.Use facts to negotiate better terms and/or price for you, but should not be an issue requiring a discount to most buyers. 

At the end of my due diligence, I'll fly out, see the homes that both approaches have to offer, shake the hands, and see what solution is the best fit for me.Trying to recreate similarly performing properties seems to me to be the best form of due diligence you can do regardless of your alternative approach (turnkey, wholesaler, or otherwise).

Finding the builder and/or paying for a service that recreates floor plans may be your only options.
