It's basically a database tool with the focus on collaboration (which of course is optional) and cross-platform usability.

Or should you not prioritize them and instead use the extra money each month to invest in other properties (consequently more mortgages.)

The structure of your business should be a collaboration between your attorney, financial planner and tax professional.

Although I can see how an agent might make short-sighted mistake to prioritize potential new clients or listings.

There is a drastic difference in walkability and the things that you prioritize between the areas just listed and the areas that Dan suggested, and that I invest in.
