@Precious Thompson early on I'd get so wrapped up in having one or two properties in escrow that I'd put everything I had into making sure they progressed to closing successfully and I didn't miss anything or screw anything up. 

Each sale is precious.

I do want to point out that the labor market tightness is affecting that business very much and good cleaners are very precious.

In hindsight, I could've done well with a percentage of monthly or annual earnings used for indexed funds and precious metals.
