OK now I have seen everything.Went to one of my properties to look at an issue with the disposer.Opened up the dishwasher and there, amongst all the dishes, pots and pans, is a round rubber thing.

As far as I understand: As of now, if the current tenants don't want to voluntarily leave, an eviction for the reason of selling the place is not allowed.
