I personally have friends who are horror movie and Halloween fanatics, who would see it as a bonus.

On the outside, this property looked like a life-sized doll house, but on the inside it was more like a 1950s horror movie.

I believe this was supported by all the jobs in our oil and gas industry at the same time the movie industry was booming here and tech companies were surging in volume.

@Steve Vaughan glad you liked my "jab". it took a few times then deleting what i wrote before I finally got it right :)i get your point and appreciate it as I do most posts. i am here to help others but also here to learn - that sounded a little Billy Madison for those that remember that movie. 

It is a societal problem and really drags down property values and rental marketability.My situation is similar--no movie style drive by's or gangster rap scenes, just lots  of traffic next door, walk ups, drive ups, all stay a few minutes.
