I've been looking for something for my personal residence and as soon as I think I find something it goes to 'pending'.  

On the attorney side of things we've come across cases where Fulton County has sold a lien to Vesta (or Investa) while a tax appeal was pending (we were not handling the tax appeal).  

You can't find any pending foreclosure on zillow, or the local sherriff sale records like you see on so many other houses.  

Michele, so if the tenant is good do you wait a couple of months and, pending them being outstanding tenants, sign a longer lease.

Pending the inspection, the ROI and cash flow are great, and I've been approved for financing at a small community bank and their AVM came back great as well.

JMOThere is clearly good money to be made in putting up siding - I have tyvek on the house now pending insulation and siding - "contractors" are coming out of the woodwork wanting to know who is doing my siding.
