hey guys i came across 3 duplex's as a package!

I have an opportunity to purchase a couple of properties, that will be rentals, as a package deal.

You need to become an expert at properly analyzing deals and assembling a pro forma package to present to investors.

Or contact title companies that deal with investors regularly about using their contract package/paperwork so that the process of acquiring and assigning a property went more smoothly? 

Other providers offer up recommendations for these services, and still other turnkey companies offer these services as part of their overall package.

Hopefully the disclosures included the lease, ledgers, application package at the very least.

I haven't found a software package yet that...- clears the road of snow leading up to your cabin- removes a 50 year old tree that fell in your driveway last night and the guests can't depart.- removes a snake from under the sofa- comes to remove the trash when it's piling up- helps guests find your cabin when it is 1am and they are completely lostYou are going to need to have the proverbial "boots on the ground" at your STR, unless you live nearby.

@Ariel Reboh if I remember correctly, the platform Portfolio Visualizer allows investors to correlate each of their assets into one large package to evaluate overall return.
