If I don't need it notarized I can send an investor friend to do the signing and who can just take a pic of the expired international driver's license the tenant has.Jake - I'm guessing that's an option, and probably the reason he got very friendly when I told him he'd most likely face eviction court if we couldn't strike a deal.
