Hi...Talked with a guy who has been doing MH deals in MN for 3years and he says all you need is a license and it takes 140$...not much hassle...there are other limitations in MN which make it difficult like the upper limit on interest rate you can charge and default procedures...Vinayak

Maybe you find that less money is coming in but also a lot less money is going out, no car payment, no insurance payment, all my medical care and medicines are covered by the VA for me , being a veteran, my house is paid off so no more rent or house payment to make.

I reduce my wage income through contributions to various retirement vehicles including a deductible Employer match (30K+ currently) and medical savings accounts (although that is only a modest tax savings), but I am not counting on too much more than that to directly reduce my wage income.
